Gave them the correct model number and they sent me the wrong part. Will only give me a refund when I send back the part AT MY EXPENSE. Wrong.

Ordered samsung part in stock, then they say part is back ordered so I waited. Turns out I was sent a Hair Curly from overseas. My part was sent with Fed Ex tracking, the actual shipping label had the same tracking number as Fed EX which showed delivered , BUT, with a 92 digit in front which is like USPS / smart posts. This was how I was informed it would be sent by Service: DHL / First Class / Smartpost. The box had a cheap hair curler in it and NO return shipping info on the shipping label. They don't care ! So I find this website with nothing but BAD reviews !

I wish -0- stars was an option. And I wish I had the opportunity to read the reviews before I placed the order. I needed the part asap and for a $17 part I paid $8.95 shipping only to have it delivered more than a month later. During this time I contacted them twice, received no response, so I ended up buying a new dishwasher. Terrible company with non-existent customer service,

Terrible! Never got part. Cant contact anyone. Had my bank refund my payment. Its a scam company.

Horrible company. They don't answer the phone, return calls or emails and advertise parts they do not have!!! What a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They got me my part fast!! Which was surprising given the circumstances of this year.

It took 45 days to get the product delivered. Parts were located in China, not in the US as stated. The customer service did not reply my delivery inquiry. If you need your parts soon, do not buy from this website. The store may be in China also.

Terrible. Parts not in stock and never will be, and don’t ship the ones that are. They just take your payment and hope you aren’t paying attention. If you really want to fix your appliance, look elsewhere
