No. Just no. Ordered a part in 9/2020. Have tried to reach out over and over again. They said it was back ordered in October. I’ve called and called with no response since then. Now I’ve escalated a PayPal case to get my money back. I did receive an order number unlike many that I’ve read that did not in other reviews. Update*** I love PayPal. Wishing two days I had a refund.

Add me to the list of negative reviewers. They took my money on Dec.3 and now it’s Dec.28. I have never heard a word from them and I tried to contact them twice about it. I’m just going to file a claim on PayPal. Such a hassle for a little part.

100% happy with this company they were the only company that had this part that I needed very badly due to the Christmas holidays coming nobody had the part and on top of that they are part was at least 30 to 40% lower than any other competitor all the other competitors were telling me at least one month wait time I got the part next day air for very cheap and installed it the next day I couldn’t be happier with this company

I ordered a Kitchenaid stove knob in early November 2020 and it was showing in stock. They had the best price online, so I ordered it as we needed it for the stove for Thanksgiving. A day later I get an email saying it's on backorder and cannot be canceled! The part finally arrived mid-December, so, it turned into 32 days to receive an in stock part which in my estimation was not due to the pandemic or USPS shipping issues, but they simply do not stock the parts they say they have in stock, they order them from somewhere else as a middleman. Nice business model they have here, never again will I order from them. It's $2 more on ebay from a legit seller, save the headache and spend the extra couple of dollars.

They pretended to have my part in stock, only to turn around and say its on backorder. Days after I made my purchase too. So now I'm waiting even longer for my part. So if you're in a hurry, I'd check elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Never received my order and no one answered my many, many inquiries. Luckily I paid with PayPal so after filing a claim, I got my money back.

ApllianceParts365 Really Suck! They sell you parts and then they lead you with a carrot on a stick with lies and probabilities and never come through with your purchase. If your looking for parts look elsewhere. Save yourself a headache. PartsDr is just as cheap and actually reliable.

I paid Fedex Priority overnight $40.30 for shipping and today is day number 8 and I still didn't get the part. Michelle, the manager, very rude and doesn't care about the customers, she is not able to refund the money that I paid for nothing. I won't buy in this crappy place anymore. There are many better places to buy the same parts.
