I needed a part for my LG portable AC, They gave me the part number and directed me to Appliance Parts 365. I tried to get in contact with a representative to be sure I ordered the correct part. There was no one to speak to. I ordered the part which was only 7$ but S&H was also $7. When I got the part it was incorrect and not compatible with my AC, Tried to get in touch with some one to start the return process, but got complicated. To return I would lose the S&H, possibly 10% restocking fee and have to pay an additional $8 to ship it back. Very disappointed.

Good prices but slow shipping.

It seemed to take a while before my order was even shipped but I honestly don't know how busy you are but it was easy to install took all of 30 min and seemed to do the trick

I ordered a replacement lint filter for about 1/3 the cost of other options. Quality isn't as high as original but I think it'll do the job.

Oh I did receive my steamer basket, however the lid was damaged. The rest of the steamer was fine. I would like a replacement lead if possible. Thank you in advance

Part fit and fixed problem. I did not receive any confirmation of order and when we tried to contact to verify that order was placed we got no response. I was pleasantly surprised to receive part on time.

i received a part which didn’t fit the appliance i had put in the model # and then upon emailing them was told to follow this link and apparently i have to rate them before i return the product? so am confused at this point.

It was average. Don't like paying for shipping. If desperate for a part I might use again but would search for a free shipping place first.
