Please beware before you purchase. My product was damaged. Within a few days of receiving it, a return was initiated. They received the item, held on to it for a bit, and refused to refund me because it was "used". I attempted to contact them via phone, and almost a month later, I am still waiting on a phone call. I launched a complaint through the BBB, which is the only way to reach them and get a response. They are now revoked, but I don't want to see someone else in this predicament. So buy at your own risk.

Dryer Lint Filter wore out so I ordered a replacement from Applianceparts365 and paid twice the amount of the part for expedited service. Wet laundry was piling up everywhere. Six days later, no part and Appliancparts365 wont answer a call, respond to an email, or even answer their on-line chat. Their webpage says the standard "Due to COVID19 our........service is awful." So I went on Amazon, and the part will be delivered tomorrow. They don't have a problem with COVID. Don't use Applianceparts365.

This is totally scam! They do not answer the phone or email. Is been 4 weeks since my order. Is a scammm!

This company is garbage. Website makes mistakes and mistakenly orders items just being viewed and then no one responds to any communication to rectify the situation. Left messages, emails and website form messages and nothing. Use Amazon instead.

Total scam and ripoff company. They will not respond to any form of communication, email, text or voice mail. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered a $40 part, I requested cancelation 5 days in a row with no response. I filed a complaint with BBB, where they have a "F" rating. Now it's off to my credit card company to file a dispute. I feel like an idiot for not checking them out prior to ordering. I ordered from Amazon, and got the part the next day!! Me Stupid!!

I ordered a push-start button for a dryer. They sat on the order for over a week before they sent it. For $4.90 they should have sent it express mail THE SAME DAY, the part probably weighs less than an ounce. Horrible company to do business with. I wish I had looked up their reviews before ordering from them.

Ordered a switch for my stove and paid extra for expedited shipping. The switch they told me was the right switch was the wrong switch. I sent it back at my cost and they charged me a restocking fee even thought the error was on their end. Stupid me, I ordered a replacement switch from them. They never sent it. Now working through the Better Business Bureau to get a refund. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to e-mails and their "live chat" function on their website is anything but "live". The BBB has downgraded them to an "F".

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! FROM applianceparts365.com. I paid 2 months ago for a part around $500. I received the below message from them: Hello, Order 892182 The item you have ordered is currently on back order due to Covid-19. The delay could be another 2-3 weeks. We're hoping it doesn't take that long but want to let you know of the untimely delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are working to get your item(s) sent out as quickly as possible. If you do not want to wait for the backorder, please respond to this email with Cancel & Refund. If you will wait, respond with, "Will Wait." Thank you for choosing us for your appliance needs and again, we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience. Sincerely, Appliance Parts 365 Well after this I never had any reply from them or my ordered part!
