I attempted to purchase a memory board for my oven. Their website said the item was in stock, so I placed the order and paid extra for faster shipping. Upon placing the order I received an email saying the item was on back order, the email gave me the option to wait for the item to arrive or to cancel my order for a full refund. There is nobody to call to cancel, so you have to email or use the “contact us” form on their website. I immediately tried both options and cancelled my order and requested a refund. After 2 days I received email confirmation in 5/7/21 that my order was cancelled and I would be fully refunded within 3-5 business days. It is now 5/19/21 and I have not been credited or refunded the money. I attempted to email the company and let them know the refund hasn’t gone through but have not heard back. Complete scam. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to let them know the charge was fraudulent.

Ordered part for fridge 1 week since payment completed heard nothing from company Paid $39 to have part rushed to me. Is this even a real company?

I was told Item was in stock, then I was told it was back ordered. In an online chat they told me that this was an industry standard. After trying to get a hold of them with no luck, I’ve had to file a dispute. A month later I still don’t have my parts.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. The two parts I needed said “in stock”, so I placed the order. The next day I receive email saying they are backordered for a few weeks, so I canceled the order. I was told refund would hit my card in 3-5 days. It’s been 6 days. Emailed them and no response. So I’ve submitted a dispute with Amex.

One sorry buisness.

I WISH I COULD RATE THEM A MINUS 5 STAR. THIS IS A POS CROOKED COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IT IS A RACKET AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I ordered an item that the WEBSITE verified to fit. The part was absolutely the wrong part. I went to local App Parts Co, bought the correct part and fixed in 30 mins. it took 2 TWO WEEKS to ship a little 5oz box and part. So I attempt to return it by getting an RA#, which they approved and provided. It was then that I find out that I have to pay for return shipping for an item that they shipped incorrectly, and also that they will charge a 10% restocking fee for this same part. At the end of the day, it is basically not worth returning the item when factoring in shipping costs and that restocking fee....ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE INEPT AND SENT THE WRONG PART. Never buy from them!

Bad experience. Website misleads to wrong part, but make you believe that it fits your appliance. After having paid for delivery and for the return of the wrong part they charge you with a restocking fee. Not too fair for me.

I bought a motor for a gas dryer.... Died after 6 months. Total waste of my time and money. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere
