Ordered part as it was shown in stock. Paid for expedited shipping. Website stated if ordered before 3pm, it should ship same day. Chatted with customer service rep two days later and was told the part was on back order. Should have checked reviews in advance. Appliance Parts 365 is on the bottom of the food chain. My mistake. Just wasted a 3 days without a refrigerator, because they misrepresented themselves. Won't use them again. I would highly recommend you stay away from this company.

Ordered a replacement water valve for my water / ice machine on my fridge. Item arrived 8 days later from Ohio to middle of NY. OK I can live with that, but this electrical item was shipped unprotected in a thin plastic bag. It arrived with the connecting PINs bent, frame slightly bent and 2 plastic bushings smashed. I sent an email to their address a few days ago no response. I called yesterday morning and no one answered. It went to voicemail. I left my name and number still no response today. Do yourselves a favor and buy from Amazon or a reputable shop where you have some protections from stupid stuff like this.

I ordered a part and after a month they took my money but no shipping label printed. Scam

I wish I could rate them lower than one star. I ordered an item, but what I received was not the part that was listed when I placed the order. So I attempt to return it by getting an RA#, which they approved and provided. It was then that I find out that I have to pay for return shipping for an item that they shipped incorrectly, and also that they will charge a 10% restocking fee for this same part. At the end of the day, it is basically not worth returning the item when factoring in shipping costs and that restocking fee....ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE INEPT AND SENT THE WRONG PART. Never buy from them!

I ordered a part they did not have in stock, they let me know expected time and if I wanted to wait. So, good customer service. They did refund me when requested, so not at all a bad experience trying to get a 20 year old dishwasher part...

Thieves. Paid $11 for two day FedEx delivery of washer part. Part did not leave the warehouse for 3 days. FedEx delivery scheduled for four days after that. No way to reach this company or track my order.

They did not ship the part I ordered, they shipped a different part and when I contacted them to bring it to their attention they told me it was "compatible". It's not. The wiring configuration is different to the part I ordered and I would need to modify it in order to use it. I asked to return the part and they expect me to pay shipping and won't be refunding the shipping I paid originally. Additionally they say they will only refund 90% of the purchase price as a restocking fee. No response from them for days now. The part they shipped me is available for $46 less than I paid from other vendors (I paid $178.14 so a significant difference). Had they notified me that they were going to ship a different part when I ordered I would have cancelled the order. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company at this time. I would strongly caution others about taking the risk of dealing with this company.

Absolute scam. I Ordered a part for my grandmothers washer from them at a great buy. I Never got a shipping confirmation a month later so I sent them email after email just checking on status. No reply! Disputed the charge with pay pal and got a refund. Never again! I hate that there’s so many sites like this now. I used to order on internet with no worries. People like this make me want to pay retail at the big box stores.
