Love my new PC!

A good computer. No issues at all. Shipping was fast.

Communication from the team was excellent, even to make time to explain the choices in PC parts. I also enjoyed the website option to see where my pc build was in its production. From parts ordered, build queue, etc.

The entire process was smooth and simple. I selected what I wanted then an agent reached out and offered insights and suggestions on what would make my build better suited for what I wanted.

Good quality pc

Great machine and very pleased.

Very overpriced, a whiteout build costs $600 more. Vertical gpu costs $179. I bought from them the end of December and didn’t get my pc until April. Within a week one of my exhaust fans was dead but I didn’t want to have to wait another 2 months for them to fix it. By the time I got my pc the model I got was revamped with a better cpu and gpu for the same price but I still got the old one.

I've been trying to get this laptop for three months and still haven't received it. It was supposed to arrive a month ago at the latest.
