Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback and we're sorry to hear you experienced issues with the receipt of your package. We're a little surprised by this, as UPS's shipping policies are rather different. UPS will typically make 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts over the course of 3 business days before returning your package to the sender. At any point before the 3rd delivery attempt, your package can be redirected to a nearby UPS access point, where they will hold it for an additional 7 calendar days for your pickup. Additionally, if you ever experience issues with delivery, please let us know as early as possible, and we will do everything in our power to assist UPS and you with said delivery.
