I was a bit disappointed with how things turned out. I have nothing bad to say about the PC itself, I'd say the issue was more with the staff, and their potential knowledge of the tiers and what they offer. I remember being on call with a representative, asking me what the expectations were in terms of game play, and what the PC can handle. They knew I had chosen the lowest tier of PC offered by a sponsorship, and asked me what type of lighting I would like for the inside of the PC, and what color case I would like as well. I mentioned I had wanted a green and black color scheme, and received a PC that had no lighting on the inside, with a white case... Literally nothing I asked for. When it came to asking about monitor recommendations, the representative I spoke to said he would email me a list of things he personally thought would go well with my PC. Also, never received that list. All in all, not too happy with the experience, but still happy I got to support a creator I enjoy. I'd just... would have liked to get that green and black PC I thought i was getting; but got white case with no lights. Even if the lighting isn't offered for the lowest tier, I was expecting it since they asked me about it.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback, and we're very sorry to hear our process fell short. I see that our system engineer did email you his recommendations on May 27th following your meeting, which included the aforementioned monitor details. We never did receive a response to this email. This is typically due to the customer not being interested in the suggested upgrades, and as a result, orders are processed as they were originally placed if our system engineers do not receive a response. Again, we are extremely sorry this resulted in you receiving a system that was not configured to your liking. RGB fans are a fairly simple install, and if you would like to explore this addition to your system, please contact us at [email protected], and we will be more than happy to assist you with their installation via a video call.

Ordered my computer about a month ago and have used it everyday since I got it and I gotta say its doing great! The upgraded graphics card helps me play the games I love to play. It's holding up well like the day I got it which is great!
