Fortunately I'm only on 1 prescription…
Fortunately I'm only on 1 prescription (6 years), and it's currently being held hostage by an angry female nurse practitioner. I guess she thinks I should bow to her and beg for her to fill it. I have no qualms with the company outside of their lack of quality health care providers in my area (western KY). It's sad, they screw-up prescriptions, make changes to them without discussing it with you (they let the pharmacy inform you), one even failed to remove a last staple from behind my ear after surgery, which I found a month later. One imagined some conversation we never had, another couldn't even copy my current prescription down without messing up the dosage. I've been through just about all of them available in my area which are in my plan. None of them take time to discuss labs, and only run incomplete tests to try and scare you into prescriptions for big pharms. I haven't made it to nearly 70 by being stupid, and as said I'm only on 1 prescription. I've yet to find one I want to provide my healthcare. I constantly shake my head at the lack of quality healthcare here which wants to go further than writing unnecessary prescriptions, instead of finding and solving the issue. Let me give you some advice, if you're ever prescribed a statin, be sure you research the cholesterol scam before taking them, seriously. I'm actually considering changing insurance in hopes of finding an actual qualified DOCTOR, and not a Nurse Practitioner.
