I was happy about the eco friendly packaging. It wasn’t a giant mess trying to get to little earring it’s wad simple and well packed. The earrings are beautiful and true to size! My favourite part is they are really easy to get on by myself but very secure!

On the second wear, the chain broke off a necklace I ordered a week ago. Contacted customer support only to be ghosted, even when I asked for a follow up a few days later. Will not be doing business with them again

After waiting for 25 business days like they had it on the website FAQ section, the order was lost in delivery, like many others have experienced. If it happens so frequently, they really shouldn't be selling anything at all. Not only did I not get my order, but the item that I really wanted is now sold out. There was no compensation of any sort. It was the first time I bought anything from the website and it sure will be the last time. It's better to spend your money elsewhere

Should have just listened to the reviews - Against my better judgement I ignored the reviews about the shipping problems and ordered something anyway, even paid the extra £2 for express delivery (2-3 days). After day 6, I contacted the chat support to ask where my package was, only to be told it was 'lost in delivery'. I was refunded but still not really good enough as this seems to happen quite a lot. Seems kind of like a scam

If I could give less than one star I’d try. I ordered a necklace as a gift for my friend and paired for it. Not even a minute later I realized the name for my friend for the shipping label got autocorrected to the wrong name. I emailed their support when their online support was closed. That was 2 weeks ago and Still no response. When I contacted their online support during their hours I explained the issue and that everything else was correct but the name just needed to be corrected incase my friend had to show ID at the post office to pick up the parcel. They told me they can’t do anything to change it as it’s too late. When I advised that I emailed the same and no one got back to me and it’s just one letter that got added by mistake that could easily be taken off, I was advised the label is already printed and they can’t do anything about it and that it’s already been shipped out so I should contact the shipping company that is going to handle the delivery and maybe they can fix it. My gft didn’t get shipped out until 2 days after the order was placed and the tracking never updated until sometime 2 days ago. So by now it’s been 2 weeks and all I’ve been informed is they can’t fix anything even if you contact them a minute after placing an order and that when they tell you your orders been shipped it doesn’t actually get shipped until they want to ship it. They also said on their website that the order is expected to arrive July 14 when I ordered that day. Their tracking now just says it’s being proceeded after no update was given. But they have no issues sending multiple emails a day about their promotions but still can’t get back to my email from when I placed the order. Some customer support/company this is.

I waited a little while for my jewellery to arrive, I came here to read the reviews and then was worried because there's quite alot of negative comments. I was really pleased when it arrived how it looked and even the way it was packaged, I've now been wearing the jewellery constantly for about 2 months and it's still looking as good as it did when it arrived. I'm especially impressed with the chain earing I got, it looked like it was gonna last 5 minutes, pretty and exactly as described but fragile, I'm active, I have horses and other animals and children and it's been caught slightly a couple of times and it's still there. One small diamanté has fallen out of the star hanging earring, other than that, good price good quality will defo shop here again.
