Hi I bought 2pait of earrings but I had to return them .I purchased them on the 15 Aug 22, and sent them back ,I have tried to contact them by email for my refund numerous times but I have received nothing , I spent £110 and £13 postage ,registered Royal Mail ,proof of postage , that is a lot of money with nothing to show for it , can anyone help,,

Bevor ich mir etwas bei Ana Luisa bestellt habe, war ich etwas skeptisch, da ich zuvor die Rezessionen hier gelesen hab. Ich bin allerdings positiv überrascht wie alles funktioniert hat und kann mich den anderen Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht anschließen! Letzten Mittwoch habe ich Schmuck bestellt (eine Kette und ein Armband). Als ich Fragen zum Bestellstatus hatte, wurde mir innerhalb einer Stunde geantwortet. Der Service hat super funktioniert, alle Fragen, die ich zu meiner Bestellung hatte, wurden schnell beantwortet. Überraschenderweise kam der Schmuck heute schon an, obwohl ich gestern erst die Benachrichtigung erhalten hatte, dass das Paket verschickt wurde. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde nochmal dort bestellen!
