The first order I received was broken
The first order I received was broken. I never received a replacement, nor did my boyfriend who purchased the earrings ever receive a refund. I will avoid buying jewelry here in the future at all costs.

When checking out they AUTOMATICALLY sign you up for their $50/mo infinitely recurring monthly subscription. Should be considered fraud.

I ordered from them twice and was…
I ordered from them twice and was pleased with my purchases. I would have ordered more but I'm am having a very hard time financially. Due to MY IRRESPONSIBILITY I had NO IDEA this company has been charging my account EVERY MONTH, for darn near a year!!! I am literally in tears as I'm writing this. To anyone contemplating ordering from this company my advice to you is to read every detail of what you're signing up for. I never would have intentionally signed up for a membership, knowing that Im having a difficult time financially.

Automatic Subscription with Order
I ordered one piece of jewelry, nothing more. I'm now being charged $49.99 a month for jewelry I didn't order and don't want. Apparently when ordering the necklace I was signed up for a subscription program I don't want and can't cancel. I'm in Customer Service hell. Unless you want a $49.99 mystery order every month avoid buying a piece just because you like it. There's no offramp with this company.

I cancelled my subscription with this…
I cancelled my subscription with this company in January. I noticed on my billing statement a charge for July when I haven’t bought an item since January! I went back to February in my bank history and have noticed a charge every month! I WILL be getting a refund for the charges on my card for the last SIX MONTHS when I CANCELLED my subscription SIX months ago!!!!!! Do not sign up with this company !!! DO NOT! Buy items elsewhere!

Online Scam - Beware
I ordered an earring bundle online because the physical store refused to sell the product, despite being advertised. When I made the purchase, I then received an email that I signed up for a membership trial for $3.95, which was a surprise to me. I did not sign up for a trial. Ana Luisa does not have customer service. They have a chatbot that refuses to refund this fraudulent fee. I've made repeated attempts to have the charge removed. My credit card company is now investigating the fraud. Buyer beware. This company has poor business ethics.

Deceptive monthly subscription charges
If you buy something from them they sign you up for their monthly membership which costs over$50 a month. It's not clear that you are being signed up for this when you make a purchase. Even after I attempted to cancel the membership and their customer service confirmed that my membership was canceled, they still attempted to charge me the next month. There are many similar complaints about this company. Worst online shopping experience I've had.

Membership without my permission
I ordered 2 pairs of earrings yesterday and was charged a 1 time fee for creating a membership and another time for the full first months membership. I didn't even know this was happening until I got the mail. When I get the earrings I will return them because this is not the way ro do business. I might have chosen a membership after seeing the products, but not after this. Be aware when buying from them, if the products were great, they wouldn't have to resort to this.
