I had a problem with Anna Luisa. I got on their membership list, not realizing I was being charged a monthly fee. After 4 months, I finally realized it, and contacted them. They refunded all of my "membership charges" and I am grateful for their help and for my refund. The blue and white hoop earrings I bought from them are lovely. Thank you, Louise
