I am rating my overall experience with Ana Luisa a 4/5 purely based on the fact that the website was unable to cancel an online order within the one hour timeframe and the AI chat was unable to assist in processing the cancellation either. However, my customer service experience with Jessa was excellent! She was able to address my problem,quickly reply, honor my cancellation, and assist with resolving my order with a full refund all in a timely manner. It's because of her helpfulness and kindness I will continue to shop at Ana Luisa!

Pretty style necklace, fair quality
The necklace is very pretty! I got the 14K gold plated blake pendant necklace. The quality is pretty good for what it is. So far I have been showering and going out with the necklace, haven’t taken it off, and it seems to be durable. I would check out their actual gold-made necklaces too!

We had to go back and forth for a bit…
We had to go back and forth for a bit but we got everything squared away. I recieved a confirmation that my replacement was on it's way. Its been a little while and nothing has come. I thought it read 5 to 10 days and its been way more than that and nothing. Do you know where my necklace is?

What made your experience great? Receiving a $20 discount after a significant shipping delay. What is this company doing well? Customer service is responsive. However, they tend to be bound by the policies. The positive is that the items are typically quality pieces.

The first time I reached out the person…
The first time I reached out the person I was emailing was not very helpful. The second time I reached out on your website the live chat bot. I got a customer service rep and they were very helpful. They helped me get to I needed to be with the outcome that I would like.
