Absolutely not worth the hassle as an international buyer. Cost of duties and taxes are factored into the cost of the jewellery (without telling you so) and then this is not due on return. In my case I paid an extra 50% of what the item was worth and this was not reimbursed. Oh and you have to pay for the cost of return on top of that!

Bought the crescent moon earrings. Literally 10 minutes into wearing them, I looked in the mirror to see one of the stones missing and found it had fallen on the floor. Tried to superglue back in but the stone itself is so tiny it’s difficult. Can’t even send them back as I’ve worn them now. But come on, this shouldn’t happen 10 minutes into wearing anything! Very poor quality and so disappointed.

DHL unfortunately lost my order in transit. I didn't realize this until I contacted Ana Luisa asking where my order was after I'd been waiting for weeks. It wasn't their fault at all, but they were kind enough to issue me a refund for the courier's problem. Not sure why but Ana Luisa doesn't provide replacements. I'll be repurchasing with my refund anyway. Shoutout to Laina, the customer service agent I messaged! She was super quick in resolving my issue.

Their items are amazing, the CO2compensated package is great, plus their shipping is SO FAST. So happy with my multiple purchases

Versand erfolgte sehr schnell, leider kamen die Ohrringe aber defekt an (es fehlt ein Stein), was ich unverzüglich inklusive Fotos anmerkte und nachfragte, ob ein Ersatz erfolgen kann. Ich erhielt keine Antwort. Nach einer Woche erinnerte ich nochmals an meine Mail und auch darauf wurde nicht reagiert. Auch der restliche von mir bestellte Schmuck "Made in China" weist keine sonderlich gute Qualität auf. Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Schade, dass am Tag mehrere Werbemails raus gehen, aber auf eine Reklamation wird nicht reagiert. Ich würde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Parcel said delivered but never arrived. Annoying but it happens and not the store fault. When I contacted them by email I never got a reply and had to contact them again via the online chat. Very quickly gave me a refund but the item had gone up considerably in price since I purchased 2 months earlier. I ask for the item to be redelivered rather than a refund because of the massive price change and it was refused. No offer to discount item down to the price I had ordered it at. Absolutely frustrating and I would not recommend.
