Love Ana Luisa!
Ana Luisa is amazing! The Elise Huggie earrings are timeless, classy, and elegant. They're great quality. Additionally, Ana Luisa's customer service team is amazing. In particular, Siya helped me quickly and kindly when I had an issue with my earrings. Couldn't recommend Ana Luisa enough!

Give it another chance
I think this company is great and jewelry is unique and pretty. The only bad experience I had is I bought some earrings from a collaboration with Andrea Ali (blue earrings) and they were beautiful. However after a few months the 'blue paint' started chipping off the earring and i sent a pic and email asking about the quality and heard nothing back. I did not lose faith and gave them another chance. I have brought several other pieces since (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc,) that I really like but always on the back of my mind is that negative experience. I think the company is really awesome but you HAVE to get better at customer service and resolution. Thanks for the opportunity to leave feedback.

Poor quality
Purchased some earrings a few months ago and they look tarnished and caused an infection. I contacted the company multiple times and haven't heard from them. Very poor customer service.

Ive bought twice a presents from Ana…
Ive bought twice a presents from Ana Luisa for my wife and won’t do it anymore! Absolutely disappointed. The necklace after a year and earrings after 3 months look like rubbish. Shiny top coat disappeared and there are black and brown spots on it. For the price I have paid for it I expected better quality. They did not give me a refund. Honestly do not buy from them.
