Great design and the quality. I have been working on rebuilding my jewelry collection and wanted to have "better than cheap, but nothing crazy" pieces at my age, and level in career. Absolutely love Ana Luisa items, the bags they come in are also great (I keep them for travel). They have magnetic snaps so they close easily, and stay closed. I have not needed customer service - no issues on my multiple orders/purchases. Quality is great. Big fan.

There was nothing wrong with the jewellery itself, I just wanted to return and get a refund as it turned out to be unsuitable. I contacted support and on a necklace that cost £65 I had to pay over £30 to return it. You are unable to post it yourself, you have to print out a provided DHL label ready for courier pick up. Due to the outrageous return costs I shall not be shipping at Ana Luisa in future.

The jewelry is beautiful, but I recommend people NOT to buy it. The quality is very bad, especially with the price range they sell it at. I have bought a couple of gold earrings about 2 years ago and the gold is chipping of. I did not even wear the earrings a lot, maybe 30 times in the 2 years I own them. The earrings are so ugly now, I cannot wear them anymore. The earrings have ugly dark marks on them. I also bought a gold necklace and it became dark and ugly. I have tried washing them, but the marks are permanent. Please invest in jewelry that last a long time.
