Auto enrolled me in a subscription membership program I did not enroll in and would not refund it. Thy also took 4 days to process my shipment after I paid for 2 day shipping. Their jewelry is affordable but expensive when you consider the lack of expensive materials (gold, precious gems). They’ve also spammed me with 3x emails a day since my order. I opted out of marketing emails.

The first time I reached out the person I was emailing was not very helpful. The second time I reached out on your website the live chat bot. I got a customer service rep and they were very helpful. They helped me get to I needed to be with the outcome that I would like.

I have bought many pieces of Ana Luisa jewelry, both online from their site and at a local boutique. I can't get enough because their jewelry is seriously lovely! Trust me, you don't have to spend a whole lot of money to own quality, stylish jewelry. I have had conversations with customer care agents through live chats and through email. EVERY conversation is with a friendly, caring, polite and professional person who has gone the extra mile to help me out and who has followed up to let me know that I am all set or to let me know what is the next step. I did an exchange as I had ordered the wrong size on a ring and the process could not have been easier. I have a lot of respect for Ana Luisa because their products are top notch but just as important, they are just really nice people!!
