The process was very easy, and all done thru the "Chat" feature on the company's website. Jessa was very pleasant, understanding, informative and helped to painlessly resolve the issue with an expedited replacement. Ana Luisa's 2-year warranty truly holds, which is much appreciated since the purchase was significant.

I purchased a small puff heart necklace 8 months ago. Great piece, wore it every day, until the clasp broke. Contacted the company with my information and they are sending me a replacement! Very happy with the customer service team for helping me so quickly.
