We use Allivet for our five dogs
We use Allivet for our five dogs heart guard and seresto collars. They will match any companies price if it is lower. Shipment is very fast. I would have given a 5 but their customer service response time needs some improvement. I will continue to use Allivet for all my dogs pet care needs.

Allivet has been nothing but excellent…
Allivet has been nothing but excellent for us. They interface well with vets and ordering rx meds has been seamless. They also have shown us true compassion, refunding the cost of a pre-ordered medication when I called to inform them of our beloved dog's passing.

UPDATE: Got it straightened out and will use their services for my dog from now on.
They don't have an email address that works. They did not contact my vet for the Rx. My dog is out of his heart med. and I now have to go back to the vet to get it. This was the first time I ordered and it's the last. I want a refund but doubt I will ever get it. I reported them to BBB.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us and allowing us the opportunity to explain our prescription processing time. A refund has already been processed for your order and we are working on fulfilling your new order. We're committed to continuous improvement and look forward to serving you again.
