Placed an order 2 months ago and it has yet to be filled. The excuse given is that they are waiting for delivery from their supplier. But I feel like there is no excuse for not Initiating contact with me to let me know that they are having a problem filling my order. I have called to inquire about the delay and the customer service reps are always polite and apologetic but I think they should be the ones to take the initiative to contact me to let me know there will be a delay and when I might expect delivery. Their pricing is good and I have in past had good service from Allivet; but it seems that something there has changed and certainly not for the better.

Absolutely terrible service and shipping is horrible! It was 8 days and my order still never shipped and I had contacted them twice and was told there’s a computer issue each time and they couldn’t even tell me when it would be shipped! It was a medication my dog takes daily and because he didn’t have it other issues occurred with biting paws and getting a bacterial infection!!! Do not order from this company! Totally unreliable!!!

Allivet’s customer service is excellent. We used them for several years and each time we had a change of meds (there was 7+ prescriptions) as well as non-prescription items, they were understanding and efficient? When Lucy passed they sent a lovely note of condolences and helped us with her last invoice! Strongly recommend this organization.

I have been a loyal client of a competitor for several years. On the recommendation of my groomer, I gave Allivet a try. The discounts for new clients were very good but they were experiencing some trouble with applying them online. I phoned and the CSR sorted out my order quickly. Deliveries were going out a bit slow the past week because of a software/equipment update, which I wasn't aware of when I placed the order. This was frustrating, but again, a manager stepped up and got my order shipped the day wse spoke and delivered the next. In summary, we had a couple of hickups, but because of how they were resolved, I will be back.

My order took forever. Customer service manager sucked! The customer service rep I spoke with was more professional and helped me more. Customer service manager argued and debated delivery time which was clearly stated when I purchased my dogs items. This was medicine and supplies he needed! Would not recommend if you need your pets items in a timely manner! Medicine was supposed to arrive in 3 days thanks to it not arriving I was told that they didn't know what the delivery issue was after a week of trying to get my dogs meds they re ordered it and shipped it. First time ordering from them absolute nightmare!

Nobody told me a week ago when I called about the apoquel I ordered the week before that they're "redoing the warehouse" meaning orders are late and the link to track a package is broken. I feel lied to. Terrible company never again Edit: i found the published reply to my review to be mealymouthed and condescending. I finally received the medicine yesterday the 18th (ordered Jan 29). Then today, I got an email saying they are processing a refund. So I do appreciate the refund. But I definitely won't be back.
