Great company to work with. My orders have arrived on time and in perfect condition. I used another company previous to Allivet. My dogs medication arrived (which were tablets) in broken pieces as well as a powdery substance. I asked the prior company to replace the tablets which were totally unusable. They said they could not do so. I asked that they replace the entire bottle of tablets as they could not replace just the tablets and I would return the bottle received. They were so difficult to deal with I cancelled my auto ship order with them and made the change to Allivet. Great customer service. This was a great decision!!! I would highly recommend Allivet.
