Allivet makes it easy for me to obtain medications that are unique to my Dog's condition. Their online site offers everything I need and it comes quickly in the mail. Subscription orders offer a discount to prices that are already lower than any pharmacy or vet office in my area. When I needed to adjust the dose, Allivet altered a subscription order with no issues. I appreciate the staff behind the scenes, who are ready to answer any questions.

This company went above and beyond to get my order to me! When USPS failed to deliver, they offered to send my order via UPS without making me wait for the original package to be returned to them! They have a customer for life! Thank you!!

It took a full week to receive the prescription for my dog because even after the vet's approval they have a 48 hour hold. Then when I later had to refill the prescription, they sent me an email they were contacting my equine vet for my horse! The original prescription was for my dog at a different vet! I called and asked how on earth could they screw that up. It is a REFILL. And once again, it will take a full week for me to receive it. I will never order anything from Allivet again.

I was quoted a price for the auto-shipment, but when I received the bill, it was WAY too much!!! It was NOT what I was quoted and even “more” than I would have paid at my Vet’s pharmacy! I am very disappointed!
