Hi Carol, We’re very sorry for the frustration and concern this delay caused, especially knowing your dog was without medication she needed. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that your prescription was received on September 17 and the shipping label was created on Friday, September 18. Our pharmacy is closed over the weekend, and carrier pickups do not occur during that time. As a result, the package was picked up by USPS when operations resumed on Monday. We understand how the shipping notification may have created the expectation that the package was already in transit, and we apologize for the confusion. We have also reached out and left a voicemail because we’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly.
