Hi Kathy, We’re very sorry for the confusion this situation has caused, especially when you believed your pet still had refills available. After reviewing the prescription on file, we confirmed that while refills were remaining, the prescription itself expired on April 2, 2026. Because the prescription is expired, we are unable to dispense any remaining refills under it. We also contacted your veterinarian regarding a new prescription request, but the request was declined. We understand that the medication container may indicate remaining refills, but the prescription must still be valid before our pharmacy can dispense the medication. To continue with your order, we will need a new valid prescription from your veterinarian. We have contacted you to discuss your review but have been unable to reach you. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and hope this clarification helps explain what is needed to move forward.
