Poor inept customer service
Attempted to order meds for my cat on their website but after 3 days it still appeared as pending. I emailed company and was told that the order was not showing on their end. I called and spoke to a representative who also said my online order was not showing on their end. This representative placed my order and I was put on autoship to get discount. I checked my checking account and correct amount was taken out. However, 2 days later I was charged again for the order they said was not in their system and it was not the discounted auto delivery price but the full price. I immediately called and was told by a representative he could not stop this order and it would have to go to supervisor for review. He tried to rush me off the phone saying you'll get an email after review. I had to ask about time lines and when my money would be returned to my account, he was answering so fast to get me off the phone I could barely understand him. I'm still waiting to hear back but when and if this gets resolved I will not ever use allivet again and I would not recommend this company. I am adding this several days after initial review. Allivet did void the duplicate order and my money was returned to my account. However, they did not stop the autoship for the duplicate order which seems like the next logical step but no I had to go in and stop it myself.

Hi Patty, We're very sorry for the frustration and confusion you experienced. We understand how concerning it is to see duplicate charges and receive conflicting information about your order. We reached out to follow up and wanted to let you know that the duplicate AutoShip order has already been voided. Any pending authorization should drop from your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution. We'd still appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to review your AutoShip schedule and answer any remaining questions. Please give us a call at your convenience to 877-583-1815 so we can look into this and work toward a resolution.
