I've had an Albany Park L-shaped sectional for six years now. It's been fantastic. I love the look, it's comfortable, and durable. I haven't had any issues with rips or stains this entire time, and I have two pets and host many guests. A few months ago, one of the center supporting legs broke off, and even though I don't think they're selling my model anymore, they gladly sent me a replacement from their warehouse. Way to go above and beyond!

*UPDATE: I reached out to the company. They could not help me. They said water stains were not covered. I find it interesting that they instruct you to clean the couch with water. But even the smallest amount of water will leave a stain on the fabric.* Couch looked great when I got it. However, their claim of just using water to clean it was false. The color I chose shows all stains even water and it is not easy to clean. I got my couch last fall and it already looks warn. I only went with company because it claimed to be easy to clean and stain resistant. Oh well…

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the fabric hasn’t performed as you expected, especially since ease of cleaning and stain resistance were important factors in your decision. We understand how disappointing it is to see staining and signs of wear sooner than anticipated. Fabric care and cleaning results can vary depending on the fabric selection and type of stain, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and see how we can help. Please reach out to our Customer Care team ([email protected]) with your order information so we can review your concerns and provide appropriate care guidance or next steps.
