Thank you for sharing your experience with the Kova—we’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the build quality and that the olive color is a great fit for your space (and your furry crew 🐾). We appreciate your honest feedback as well. The Kova’s deep, lounge-style design can feel a bit low or spacious depending on the room and personal preference, so we’re glad to hear you’ve found a solution with additional back cushions to help with comfort and support. That’s a great way to tailor the seating to your needs. If there’s anything else we can do to help you get the most out of your setup, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always here to help!

We really appreciate your thoughtful review—so glad you’re happy with the quality and your experience with our team! We hear you on the cost of replacement cushions, too. We aim to use high-quality materials that hold up over time, but we know price matters and value your feedback as we continue to improve. Thanks again for being a customer.

Thank you so much for your kind words—we’re thrilled to hear you love the sofa! 😊 We’re sorry to hear about the cushions shifting, though—that can definitely be frustrating. One solution that many customers have found helpful is using anti-slip pads or gripper mats placed underneath the cushions. These are designed to keep cushions securely in place without damaging the fabric. We really appreciate you sharing your experience, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions—we’re always happy to help!

Thank you so much for your feedback—we really appreciate you sharing this, especially before your order has even arrived! We love hearing that you’re working with a designer, and your suggestions around custom configuration options and a designer trade program are incredibly valuable. These are both areas we’re actively thinking about as we continue to grow and improve our offerings. We also completely understand your designer wanting to feel confident recommending pieces, and we hope once your sofa arrives, it exceeds expectations and gives both of you that confidence. If you or your designer ever have questions, need support, or want to learn more about our products, our team is always here to help. Thanks again for choosing Albany Park—we can’t wait for your sofa to arrive!

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear your sister’s sectional inspired your purchase and that the ordering process was easy with flexible payment options. Good news - we do offer a military discount when we are not running a sitewide promotion (like we are currently). We hope you love your new piece when it arrives!
