Literally the worst couch ever. do not purchase this. i had it for less than a year and it completely broke in each section, i cant even use it, im so upset. i spent 4k on this couch and heard all over social media that it was amazing and it was the most uncomfortable and terrible couch i’ve ever had and i’ve had some cheap couches. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I PROMISE ITS NOT WORTH IT. learn from my mistakes please

We got our couch and it was not what we had expected quality wise so we decided to return. The return process has been HORRIBLE and we have been trying to process this return for two weeks now with very little communication and still don’t have next steps from them. We have been waiting for a response for 5 days after multiple emails and calls. Not what we expected and the costumer service has been very poor at communication. The couch itself - the cushions just do not stay in place and block view of person next to you if two people are sitting due to the way they bend when you sit. It does not seem that durable of fabric and arrived with several strays. The height of the couch is slightly higher than listed due to the cushion height and my feet don’t even touch the ground as a taller person. This is the classic kova box cushion.

Get ready to be incredibly disappointed with this company and their poor furniture. It's hard to tell what's worse - the customer service for warranty or the actual product itself. Both are so useless it's unreal this company is even in business. Quality - the kova sectional couch quality is immediately noticeablely cheap. Zero weight and you can see it's pressed board for the main support sections. The cushions are flat within the first month. Out of 6 back cushions, half of our zippers broke within the first few months (we were simply unzipping to wash the "performance fabric," also a joke) Customer service - this company touts itself as an American company with lifetime warranty. Could not be further from the truth. Cheap materials made overseas and refused to honor warranty for broken zippers. Bottom line, if you're already prepared to spend $3000+ on a couch, please look elsewhere and avoid our mistake.

Do not order from this company, seat cushion zippers break and when seek to replace, they advise no longer have the color. Customer service is a joke. If you want a so/so sectional, with no customer service, Albany Park can provide this.

Ordered a sofa from this company as our friends liked theirs. Well, upon arrival we noticed they sent us the wrong couch, which is odd because they claim they’re all custom. We wanted box cushions (as we hate pillow top cushions) and what did we get delivered? Pillowtop. Additionally, the construction is low quality: poor back support where you can feel the hard sofa frame underneath, a side piece that doesn’t properly lock in place, and cushions that look deflated and used straight out of the box. We’ve reached out to customer service multiple times through multiple modalities simply asking for them to pick up their item and a full refund, but we can’t get a straightforward response. It feels like we’re being given the runaround. We’ve given them a chance to make this right and haven’t, hence this review. AlbanyPark, if you’re reading this, the case number is 01714704

We received the wrong sofa yesterday with the following issues: - ordered box cushions and pillow cushions arrived - the sofa arms don’t fit securely and wobble - there is a sharp plastic piece on the far left section of the sofa sticking out where I stubbed my toe - the back supportive cushions are flimsy and provide zero support. All around, very poor quality and looks like an IKEA sofa We have a case number already created: 01714704 Many hours later, still no follow-up from the Albany Park Team

*UPDATE: I reached out to the company. They could not help me. They said water stains were not covered. I find it interesting that they instruct you to clean the couch with water. But even the smallest amount of water will leave a stain on the fabric.* Couch looked great when I got it. However, their claim of just using water to clean it was false. The color I chose shows all stains even water and it is not easy to clean. I got my couch last fall and it already looks warn. I only went with company because it claimed to be easy to clean and stain resistant. Oh well…

this is the second time i ordered from them. their couches are great, good quality, comfy. but this yime, the customer service was horrific at best! and they took no avcountability for their error and the great inconvenience it caused. they dont listen, they dont oay attention when u call. i do love their couches but never again!!!!!!! it's not worth being insulted as a customer, told u are a fraud and having your order cancelled and told you have to reorder! it also tskes way too long for them to get your furnitire to you!!! a ridiculous amount of time!
