They are shipping the swatches fast

Literally the worst couch ever. do not purchase this. i had it for less than a year and it completely broke in each section, i cant even use it, im so upset. i spent 4k on this couch and heard all over social media that it was amazing and it was the most uncomfortable and terrible couch i’ve ever had and i’ve had some cheap couches. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I PROMISE ITS NOT WORTH IT. learn from my mistakes please

purchased my Albany Park Kova sectional in March 2025, and unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with how it has held up. The cushions have compressed to the point that I can feel the hard wooden frame through them, even when sitting in the middle of a cushion. There are also noticeable gaps between the cushions, making it uncomfortable to sit or lie down for any length of time. If you happen to sit or lie directly along a seam, you can feel the hard frame underneath you. For a sectional at this price point, I expected significantly better quality, durability, and support. A couch should be comfortable for everyday use, not leave you trying to find a position where you aren’t feeling the frame beneath you. I’ve owned this couch for less than two years, and the deterioration in comfort and support has been incredibly disappointing. I understand that furniture experiences normal wear and tear, but I don’t believe a sectional should lose this much cushioning and become this uncomfortable in such a short period. I would strongly encourage anyone considering the Kova to look beyond the initial appearance and consider the long-term durability of the cushions and support system. A couch can look beautiful, but if you can’t comfortably sit or lie on it, that defeats the purpose. As a side note the dark teal velvet is actually more of an emerald green color that I nor anyone that has been to my house would consider teal. It also looks dirty 24/7 because it is an absolute magnet for any kind of dust particles or hair. I didn’t dock any stars for this, i just wanted to warn anyone who may be looking at this color.

We got our couch and it was not what we had expected quality wise so we decided to return. The return process has been HORRIBLE and we have been trying to process this return for two weeks now with very little communication and still don’t have next steps from them. We have been waiting for a response for 5 days after multiple emails and calls. Not what we expected and the costumer service has been very poor at communication. The couch itself - the cushions just do not stay in place and block view of person next to you if two people are sitting due to the way they bend when you sit. It does not seem that durable of fabric and arrived with several strays. The height of the couch is slightly higher than listed due to the cushion height and my feet don’t even touch the ground as a taller person. This is the classic kova box cushion.

Get ready to be incredibly disappointed with this company and their poor furniture. It's hard to tell what's worse - the customer service for warranty or the actual product itself. Both are so useless it's unreal this company is even in business. Quality - the kova sectional couch quality is immediately noticeablely cheap. Zero weight and you can see it's pressed board for the main support sections. The cushions are flat within the first month. Out of 6 back cushions, half of our zippers broke within the first few months (we were simply unzipping to wash the "performance fabric," also a joke) Customer service - this company touts itself as an American company with lifetime warranty. Could not be further from the truth. Cheap materials made overseas and refused to honor warranty for broken zippers. Bottom line, if you're already prepared to spend $3000+ on a couch, please look elsewhere and avoid our mistake.

Ordering from Albany Park was a seamless experience. I bought an 86” Kova Couch w/ pillow seats in rust velvet. It took about 3.5 weeks for it to be made, delivered, and built since I paid for white glove delivery. Delivery was smooth. No issues with the third party service or the team that built my couch. I’m very happy with what I got. The Kova Couch is so much more comfortable than I imagined! The color is also vibrant and cute. I’m already thinking about buying a storage ottoman to go with it.

I ordered a couch from Albany Park. I did not get the fabric samples before I placed this order. The couch came and it looked very different than the couch on my order form totally different color. The main cushion was too long and the chaise cushion was wrinkled . The delivery people could not get the latch holding the chaise to the rest of the couch to work . In addition the legs did not sit properly and the delivery guys tried to get them to work with not great success. I emailed Albany Park the day the couch arrived and requested a return as the couch the money was subpar . A lot of pictures back and forth and ended up paying the freight to ship it back. No accountability on their part for a damaged product . It was close to $500 to return . Stay away from this company . Lots of options out there to purchase a couch . Way too much money for a terrible product .
