Terrible Purchase
I’m deeply annoyed and stressed that I spent so much money, not only on a sofa sectional but an ottoman and console, which were EXTREMELY poorly made and cheap. Assembly (pieces don't fit) and return (you have to continually email and document to them everything, slow process) also are a nightmare. We bought the entire set, Kova L-Shape Sofa with ottoman and console. After a month, the sofa caved in. If you're looking for a soft cloud-like sofa, this sofa isn't it, and you can feel the hard frame underneath. It is a very uncomfortable sofa! The amount of lint balls that has formed in this material is unbelievable, so much that you won’t have a tiny single spot where the sofa will be clear of lint balls. Avoid at all costs! Don’t be fooled by Instagram and website photos; Amazon provides the real, unfiltered photos.
