The best company I have ever dealt with… I want to yell from rooftops regarding the most thorough, kind, professional, and outstanding customer service and company standards I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. I purchased my couch from them in 2023 and after having a question about the pillows fullness, I was lead quickly to a solution that I am still in utter awe about. The ease of communicating with them and the warranty they offer and stand by is beyond what I can express. This company actually cares about their customers… they don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk in ways I didn’t know existed in today’s typical disposable furniture market. Albany Park cares that you have heirloom furniture. The first and second deliveries were flawless and again, I can’t fully express my gratitude. You take no risk purchasing from them.
