I loved the vegan leather sofa & ability to hold on shipping
I loved the vegan leather sofa I have, so I wanted to buy one for my son. The chatbot was extremely helpful, answered my questions, and recommended next steps for buying my son a sofa for his new apartment, but holding on shipping. I followed steps and got a quick email confirmation fist thing in the morning.

My daughter was the first to purchase…
My daughter was the first to purchase since we think alike a lot I loved her couch! So I did it I ordered mine! I love it when it was delivered the guy that delivered was extremely helpful ❤️ but sadly I didn’t know I could had purchased the white glove delivery wished I knew because the boxes were very big and heavy very hard to put together can’t do it by yourself ! I love my couch decided to add on make alittle bigger I accidentally ordered the pillow style and they were very nice to change for me I can’t wait to receive it !!!!! And also pored the oyster white ad love the color but wished I had ordered a darker color!

Love Love Love my Beautiful Teal Velvet…
Love Love Love my Beautiful Teal Velvet Couch! Delivery time was reasonable, And I live in a pretty remote area! Couch was easy to put together and is so cozy to snuggle with my dogs on! Feels like great quality. Cushions are a little more firm than expected, but I feel like this means they will likely break in over time, become even more comfortable, and last over a longer time. I would highly recommend.
