Albany ParkReviews of albanypark.com

I am fully behind Albany Park! Their customer service is phenomenal. I will always purchase my furniture from them. I’ve bought expensive brand name furniture in the past and their service and products do not even come close to the standard that Albany Park has set. Thank you to Albany Park for being a company that cares about their customers and the quality of their products! I can confidently say you will never regret your purchase.

this is the second time i ordered from them. their couches are great, good quality, comfy. but this yime, the customer service was horrific at best! and they took no avcountability for their error and the great inconvenience it caused. they dont listen, they dont oay attention when u call. i do love their couches but never again!!!!!!! it's not worth being insulted as a customer, told u are a fraud and having your order cancelled and told you have to reorder! it also tskes way too long for them to get your furnitire to you!!! a ridiculous amount of time!

We love our Kova sectional. We have one in our home and our beach house because it is so comfortable and cozy!! It is high quality material, the sections stay attached with the included hardware system and its wide enough to provide a great nap!

I've had my couch less than a year and the base is already sinking in severely. The delivery services was beyond awful. You can look up Island Deliveries and see others having issues. I mentioned this to Albany Park last year and a year later they are still using them. They schedule times and dates without telling customers and it's been a nightmare dealing with customer service. On the Albany Park side, when I called in my warranty on my couch they were initially great, they said someone would contact me in regard to shipping. That has not happened. I sent them an email asking a few questions and did not hear from them. On day 5 of no response, I sent a follow up only for them to tell me the shipping company would get a hold of me. That was not what I had asked. I called into customer service and literally had the rep reiterate what I was having issues with and I received the same generic email that did not address my concerns with shipping. I then receive a letter in the mail saying there is a lawsuit against Albany Park for lying about their pricing and charging a higher price. I would never use this company again. The product is subpar not even a year later broken, they will not dispose of the piece the warranty is replacing, you have to do it but they will give you a $75 credit... we'll see, and the communication is very much touch and go. I would have been happier with a cheaper couch at this point to avoid the massive heads (plural) I've been dealing with when it comes to this company. Unfortunately, they have failed on all ends which is sad because their product is beautiful but to break down not even a year after having it is a poor quality product.

I own three of these couches and just placed an order for a fourth. Why so many? Well that’s easy. I have a three-story walk up Airbnb apartment and the thought of carrying a large couch up the stairs was daunting. I needed a new couch for my living room so I decided to order one to try it out. It was so comfortable that I decided to order a second one for my living room and one for the Airbnb. I’m now opening a third Airbnb and the staircase is narrow so carrying a couch that’s in boxes is a no-brainer. Many of my guests remark on how comfortable it is. It’s a lounge couch that invites you in to cuddle and get cozy. I have dogs and it’s holding up remarkably well. It’s also easy to clean because you can unzip the cases and toss them in the wash. My sister came to visit loved the couch so much that she ordered one for her new home. Most guests who come to my house or Airbnb usually comment on how comfortable and stylish they are. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases.

The website is easy to use. We requested 5 fabric samples and they were delivered quickly.

The lifetime limited warranty process was incredibly smooth. You noticed the issue, and now I’m receiving a brand-new couch made of the updated material and box pillows that I had wished to order if it was available. Thank you for everything.

I rarely write reviews before receiving a product, but Albany Park has already earned one based on their customer service alone. Before choosing Albany Park, I contacted several furniture companies to ask about production timelines and shipping. Albany Park stood out immediately. Their team has been incredibly responsive, organized, and professional throughout the entire process. I’m genuinely excited to receive our new Kova sectional and, based on the experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Albany Park to anyone looking for quality customer service along with beautiful furniture.
