The product is decent at best, I would not order from them again. Costco quality at double the price. Delivery took 2 months with multiple damaged packages. Company's support team was fast only to give half baked responses.

Bought Kova l-shaped sectional seventeen months ago. Two of the seat sections are broken out underneath, so there is no support when someone sits on it. Total trash, do not buy. Albany Park sent two new replacement pieces. I appreciate how they stand behind their products.

I got the Barton Lido Chaise Lounge in the Bone Performance Chenille fabric, and so far I’m really happy with it. The couch feels solid and well made. My dogs have already put the fabric to the test, and any little marks have wiped off pretty easily. The design is simple and feels like something that won’t go out of style. The frame is sturdy, but heads up: this thing is heavy. Definitely a two-person job getting it inside. Shipping was also faster than what I’ve found from other furniture companies, which was a nice surprise. The seat is a little on the firm side right now, but I imagine it’ll break in over time. The instructions didn’t perfectly match my specific setup, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. Overall, I’m pleased with it and glad I went with this one.

Easy to order online. I ordered fabric swatches to see and feel before I ordered and they came quickly. Once I placed the order, it shipped quickly, was able to track to the delivery date. Best of all, it was super easy to assemble. My Kova sofa is beautiful and comfortable, we love it!

I ordered the Lido chaise sectional from Albany Park in August 2025 in the spruce chenille fabric and I absolutely love it. The color and texture look even better in person and I definitely recommend getting their free fabric swatches before choosing. The sectional is pure comfort and has become my favorite spot to relax. I have a 100 lb dog who lounges on it every day and there haven’t been any marks or wear at all. Overall this has been a great purchase and I’m really happy with the quality, comfort, and style.

⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Still Waiting for Refund — Extremely Disappointed I purchased a sofa from Albany Park and ended up returning it exactly one month ago — still in its original boxes, completely unused. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received my refund yet. The return process was slow and communication has been frustrating. I’ve provided all the required proof of return, but every time I reach out, I either get no update or a generic response saying “it’s being processed.” It’s unacceptable to wait this long for a refund, especially for an item that was returned in perfect condition and within the return window. I expected better customer service and transparency from a company with such a strong online presence. I won’t be purchasing from Albany Park again and hope they resolve this issue soon. ⸻

Since you can't leave a real review on their website (the ones there seem to be from influencers), I'll do it here. I bought the Albany Park Lido sofa and have been using it for several months. First, it's stylish and beautiful. I wanted it for staging a house for sale, and it looked great in pics. Now that it's my primary sofa, I have regrets. It's too firm and uncomfortable for lounging. Definitely more suited to sitting or formal gatherings, not bingeing TV. I got the performance linen fabric, which turned out not to be stain resistant. Spot cleaning even the smallest mark just makes it worse. Assembly was frustratingly hard with one person but easy with two. Customer service was hit or miss. Although they ultimately resolved some shipping and delivery issues (cushion arrived damage), it took a lot of back and forth and they want a lot of explanation and proof through videos and pics. Overall, I wanted to love this sofa because the style is so nice, but I'll be happy to swap it out in a few years.

Purchased the Kova sofa in May 2024. Within a month or two after purchasing, all of the seat cushions on the sofa became very ratty, later the seat-back cushions did as well, and even a small part of the frame. I have used a Conair fabric shaver a few different times as recommended by Albany Park and though it mildly helped, the rattiness and piling came back very quickly. Albany Park continues to say that that is normal and does not mean there is a defect in their product. They say the rattiness/pilling will disappear once the excess fabric is gone. After having this couch for well over a year, this is still a very consistent issue. Essentially I have purchased a brand new couch that very quickly became old and ratty looking. I have stopped using the fabric shaver because it is actually very time-consuming to do all of the affected areas and the fabric shaver also gets dull pretty quickly and stops “shaving” the fabric. I am sure I would not have purchased the sofa, had I known it was normal to have this issue and for this issue to persist still over a year. Please add this to your description on your website. I communicated with them shortly after receiving the sofa and also very recently, and they continue to say the same thing. Do not purchase from them unless you would like a sofa that looks old and ratty after a month and continues to look that way, and then are told by the company that that is very normal.
