Kova Pillow Cushion Sofa + Ottoman
Kova Pillow Cushion Sofa + Ottoman. Assembly was straight forward and easy. In a household of two small children and three animals, it cleans easy and has held up with little wear. The only minor downside is that the cushions don't hold there shape for as long as I'd like, but it's nothing a little fluffing can't fix, nor would it deter me from buying another product. The ottoman has so much storage space.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that assembly was easy and that your Kova Sofa and Ottoman are holding up well in a busy household — that’s exactly what they’re designed for. We appreciate your feedback on the cushions and are glad a quick fluff keeps them comfortable for you. It’s wonderful to hear the ottoman’s storage has been a win, too. Thank you for choosing us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Pillow Seat are not great
Sofa has really great quality. The pillow seats are a disaster. They get flat so quickly and I have to slide them over so that I am not sitting on the platform of the sofa.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the overall quality of the sofa, but we’re sorry to hear the seat cushions haven’t met your expectations. Cushion compression can vary based on use, and we want to make sure you’re comfortable. We'll reach out to you to review and explore possible solutions.

fabric stains easily
The fabric stains when a warm object is on it. We’ve only had it a few months and it already has 3 rings from a warm plate and warm mugs touching the fabric.

Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re sorry to hear this has been frustrating. Fabric upholstery can be sensitive to heat, and warm items may cause temporary or permanent marks if placed directly on the surface. We recommend using coasters or trivets to help prevent heat transfer. That said, this isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we’d love the opportunity to help. We'll reach out to you so we can review and explore possible solutions.

Only a couple issues
I like the fabric, yet one of my cushions came with a run in it and it’s not fixable. Unfortunately we unpackaged it past the return date and we were not able to accommodate our issue. It is very comfortable, but I wish the back cushions were fluffier (we got box cushions). It also moves easily when though they lock into place (they move forward and backward easily). A thicker rug could help this issue. Overall it is a very comfortable, loungy couch which was perfect for our basement media set up.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re so glad to hear the sofa is comfortable and a great fit for your basement media setup. We’re very sorry to hear one cushion arrived with a run in the fabric. We're happy to see if this would qualify for a replacement cushion under our warranty. Please send us a photo of the issue along with your order information and we’ll review it to see how we can help - [email protected]. We also appreciate your notes about the back cushions and movement. A thicker rug or non-slip pad can definitely help reduce shifting.

Ordering and receiving my sofa and overall satisfaction.
Ordering and receiving my sofa sectional was easy and a no fuss delivery and set up. I would recommend Albany Park if you are in the market for a comfortable sectional pillow style sofa. The cushions are easy to clean and with two dogs and grandkids it has been a game changer when dealing with pet hair and stains.
