Our Kova Pit is amazing. It has exceeded all our expectations and we often get asked about it. This weekend we had a party at the house after which we noticed a number of stains on the Oyster White Chenille fabric, all of which came out quickly with just a quick local clean with a moist rag. As the party wound down a few of us were hanging out on the Kova and our friend asked where we got the sofa. They went on to say they recently bought a Cloud from Restoration Hardware with upgraded fabric and were very disappointed as the RH fabric was breaking down and stained. In addition to the comfort it was the Kova fabric that was much better then the more expensive RH Sofa. Apparently that sofa has to be dry cleaned as compared to our Kova which has removable and washable covers.

I recently purchased a Kova couch and have been using it for the last year, and absolutely love it. Its super comfortable, great for relaxing and watching TV. I also had a problem with delivery, but customer service was great to work with and resolved the issue quickly.

We have had two great experiences with purchases. We purchased a couch and ottoman and they have been great! When a leg broke, customer arrived was amazing and helped us get it fixed with little hassle. Their response time was incredibly quick even during the busy holiday season. Couldn’t be happier.

Kova is an amazing well built sofa. Their fabrics selection is on point, I was able to order swatches and see which one I like.

Really wish I had avoided this company! I bought the Park Sofa, I've had it for a bit over 2 years, it is pretty but it has not held up over time. I've already had to have the cushion replaced because the first one became SO flat and unsupportive. It was a huge pain getting a replacement, they sent me two incorrect ones before finally getting the right one. It took at least a month, if not more, and I basically could not sit on my couch during that time. Also, I have to readjust the sofa CONSTANTLY. The cushion was always a touch too small, so every time I sit on it, it slides out of place a bit and isn't as comfortable until I put it back into place. It drives me insane! Not worth the $2,000+ I paid. Going forward, I will definitely look for comfort and quality over style.

We were advised from someone else that ordered a sofa from Albany Park “…for the money look elsewhere”. I wish we’d listened. The couch has 2 different hues of grey, I had to trim all of the thread due to poor finish quality (stitching was very low quality and the fabric is not properly stitched on most closures on the corners). The delivery folks were going to drop it in my driveway. My husband wasn’t home and there was no one else here to help me bring it inside so I paid them on the side to unbox and deliver (similar story to other reviewers). The cushion quality is average at best. I ordered this almost a year ago and highly doubt it will last beyond another year or so. Very disappointed. Should have listened. Thought owed it to other potential buyers to understand what they are getting themselves into. There are a lot of high quality couches out there for +$4000. Seek out another.

We were promised White Glove service, they dumped the sections off and left.. Mt husband has a bad back and i cannot walk properly, it was excruciating! They should reach out to me! They said they would refund $150 for white glove service..thats yet to be seen. But that doesnt help my husbands back or mine. We are older people and it was not only frustrating but difficult to assemble. For older people like us..

Ordered sofa from Albany Park back in November with complimentary ‘white glove delivery’ meaning sofa should be set up and packaging removed. When I have arrived home there were three large boxes not unpacked, one of them addressed to a different customer. I immediately called the company, I have provided them all the details but have yet to receive any clear communication about when the missing piece will be delivered or the wrong piece picked up. 5 days from Christmas with a full house and nowhere to sit, unable to use living room. I’m very unhappy with this company and do not recommend using them. Update:12/30 I’m sure Aimee from Albany Park is lovely but I have little faith in any response from this company having interacted with so many of them over the last couple of weeks. We had to manage all through Christmas with the incomplete sofa and the extra sofa piece taking up my the space for my car in the garage. One of Aimee’s colleague’s gave me a tracking number on 12/22 but at the time of writing it is yet to ship….. Update: the missing part eventually arrived 1/13 so the sofa is finally complete. However I had to wait in for the original shipping company to pick the wrongly delivered piece up. No compensation offered for inconvenience over Christmas or the absence of ‘white glove delivery’ or the additional inconvenience of having to wait in on two additional occasions.
