Our couch took a few weeks to come in, maybe a little longer than expected but Albany Park was very communicative the whole time and kept us up to date with the status of our order. Once it arrived, assembly wasn’t too difficult. We absolutely love this couch, it’s so big and comfy and we spend a lot more time on it than we did our old couch. I looked at so many different couches, dimensions, reviews, quality, price, etc for so long and finally decided on this one. It’s been 7 months and it’s still like brand new, for sure worth the purchase

We love our pit sectional!!! It's very cozy and comfy!!We had 7 teenage girls that slept on it together. It was a little tight fitting but they loved it!! I spilled some chicken soup on it yesterday and it wiped up so easily!! It seems like it's super high quality that will last us forever!!

I was hesitant to order a sofa on line, and had been looking around for months but always came back to the Nova Pit model. I finally decided to order and I also got a chair and another ottoman. I don’t regret my decision at all. I love this sofa and so does anyone that sits on it. It is so cozy and I love the fact that I can take the covers off and wash them. My only regret was that I waited so long to order. Great product that family and friend are really enjoying. Thank you

Honestly I was sent the wrong couch and the entire process to get it shipped back was a hassle on top of the time it took to wait for it. I about had a heart attack when I saw the wrong color in the box after the company dropped it off.
Response from Albany ParkJan 30, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the incorrect couch and the frustration caused by the return process. We understand how upsetting it must have been to receive the wrong color after waiting for delivery. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us improve. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us.
