Love my sofa!
Love my sofa!! We have had this for a few months now. I wanted to wait a bit and see how I felt and how it wore with time before I gave a review. The fabric feels and appears durable and is just as nice as the day I received it. The style and functionality of the sofa really fits our needs. We bought the Cova Pit and have it mostly configured as a sectional, but we love that we can change it up to suit our needs if we want to.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We’re thrilled to hear your Kova Pit has held up beautifully and continues to feel just as great as day one. We love that the modular flexibility is working perfectly for your space and lifestyle. Enjoy changing it up and relaxing in comfort for years to come!

Super comfortable and large sofa
Super comfortable and large sofa. Tons of storage, soft fabric. Ive washed the covers a few times and they are easy to take off, wash and put back on. If it gets flat anywhere just fluff up the cushions and they are just like new. Love the purchase!

I love this couch
I love this couch. I do wish I bought a different color, however, it is the most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned!

Fabric has horrible pilling
The boucle fabric has horrible pilling after only 2 months of normal use . It looks awful, old and worn out. This is unacceptable at this price point . Customer service wouldn’t help me and basically told me that it’s normal and to invest in a fabric shaver. The fabric is marketed as ‘kid friendly’ however it is definitely not. It can’t handle even light sitting without the pilling .

Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re truly sorry to hear about the pilling you’ve encountered and that you feel unsupported. This is not the impression we want any customer to have, especially given the expectations around our bouclé fabric and its family-friendly performance. Pilling can sometimes occur with textured fabrics, but we understand how frustrating it is when it happens so quickly and affects the look of your sofa. We’d appreciate the opportunity to take another look at your case and see what options may be available. Someone from our Customer Care Team will reach out to you and see how we can help get you loving your sofa again.

Kava sectional is GREAT
So far after 4 month our Kava sectional and the ottoman are holding up great- velvet is easy to clean! No sign of anything breaking down. The only problem is that the sofa is so comfortable that we have a hard time ever wanting to get off it.

Amazing couch
Amazing couch! We got the kova pillow cushion grand corner with ottoman and absolutely love it! The quality is impeccable and it was so easy to put together. It is so comfortable and exactly what we wanted. We have had it for three months and it still looks just as good as the day we got it. No complaints and we are very happy with this couch!
