Albany ParkReviews of albanypark.com

So comfortable and cozy

We absolutely LOVE our couch and have already looked in to buying more for other spaces in our homes! Would recommend it to anyone!

The color was much different from the color portrayed online. It is almost bright white. It has been difficult to keep clean with my two dogs even with the performance canvas.

Great quality couch, shipping was well-done and delivery was smooth. Highly recommend Albany Park couches

Shipped on timely manner very professional! Quality of couch is phenomenal!

The purchasing process was super easy. I love how they offered free swatches of different fabrics so we could see them in different lights and actually fill them since we don’t have a showroom close. Overall great experience.

I have the sectional, in white, almost 2 years, and it’s so comfortable, that we always Fall asleep. I Would highly recommend the sectional, and it’s not dirty to be white, easy clean, and 10 plus for comfort.

I purchased the Kova Pit Sofa and it arrived just as I expected. It’s beautiful and was easy to assemble. After a few weeks, I decided to wash the cushion and pillow covers, but I realized the cover on the storage ottoman is not removable. One of the selling features for Albany Park Sofas is the fact that the cushion covers are removable, but they are not transparent about the storage ottomans having non-removable covers. Over the months that followed, the color on the storage ottoman began to look dingy. I reached out to support, sending my honest feedback about how much I loved the sofa, but it has a critical design flaw for a nearly $6,000 couch. They responded with generic advice about spot cleaning—which was irrelevant to my issue. After I pushed back twice, they finally offered a solution: sending me a new ottoman. Cool. After the replacement ottoman shipped, a rep emailed me letting me know it was in route and said “Note that the replacement may not be the exact one you originally ordered due to product availability”. The ottoman that arrived was in fact not the model for the couch I ordered. The color is also noticeably different and it’s longer and does not fit snug with my set, but I was so annoyed with how support failed me that I didn’t bother reaching back out. I believe I was sent an incompatible ottoman on purpose. If you’re planning on purchasing an ottoman, DON’T.
