Underfilled cushions not comfortable
The counch i purchased is ok quality but thw cushions are underfilled, i understand this is partly a style choice but even in that way its low in fill, your head and back hit the frame of the counch and its just uncomfortable and does not look appealing. For the price it isnt really something i would reccomend or rebuy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the cushion comfort did not meet your expectations. While the cushion profile is a deliberate design choice, we understand how important proper support and comfort are, especially at this price point. Your comments about the fill and overall comfort are valuable and will be shared with our product team for review. We never want a customer to feel disappointed with their purchase.

Love this couch
Love this couch! Just wish the seat cushion cover on the storage ottoman was also removable to wash (as this is ofcourse the only spot my husband somehow stained with tomato sauce lol)

Thanks so much for the love—we’re thrilled you’re enjoying the couch! 😊 We hear you on the ottoman cushion cover; that’s helpful feedback and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team. And tomato sauce does have a way of finding exactly the one spot you wish it wouldn’t! Thanks again for sharing your experience.

After 6 months, let me tell you - I love this couch. It’s exactly what I wanted and it’s so comfortable. My whole family of 4 can stretch out and it’s great for naps! This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made and I can def see buying from Albany park in the future. 10/10!!

Best Couches for Pet Friendly Cats & Dogs
These are the best couches, they are so comfy and love the material. I have pet and providing a pet friendly fabric is so highly recommended!

I hate to do this, beautiful couch but.
I hate to do this. The couch is beautiful and it is comfortable and it is really a pit. However, the stuffing in the cushions that stand up on the sides of the couch is poor and lumpy. I asked for help and was asked to pull up the couch serial number on the pieces of the couch and then was told sorry we can’t do anything for you and purchase more stuffing yourself. So not cool.
Response from Albany ParkJan 29, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share this—we truly appreciate your honesty. While we’re glad to hear you find the couch beautiful and comfortable, we’re very sorry to learn about the issue with the cushion stuffing and, especially, about how your concern was handled. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. Your feedback is being shared internally so we can continue improving both our products and our support. Someone from our Customer Care team will reach back out right away to see how we can help.

This is my dream couch
This is my dream couch, like I genuinely believe it is the best couch ever made. I got the kova pillow type in sand performance basketweave and it is so cute and looks expensive! The pillow shape makes it look cozy and not boring like most couches, but because it’s such a nice brand it looks like a NICE couch not messy. The color is perfect, I think it goes well with my dark brown floors because it is creamy with specks of brown. It is so comfortable we sleep on it most of the time, and because it’s modular you can bring it with you wherever you go even if you move to a different sized space. The only thing I would change is I would love it if they added the metal connectors for the ottomans too because it tends to slide so I’d like the option of connecting it. I use the ottoman as part of the mega bed I make by moving the pieces around, so I wish it was secure. I love it though, it looks amazing!!!

Thank you for such a detailed and generous review! We’re so happy to hear how much you love your Kova—from the look and comfort to the flexibility of the modular design. Your note about ottoman connectors is incredibly helpful and will be shared with our product team. We truly appreciate your feedback and are so glad it’s a piece you enjoy every day.
