Albany ParkReviews of albanypark.com

The sofa is so comfortable, washable and looks beautiful! The customer service was amazing. I had decided I’d like the other cushions instead of the pillow cushions and they exchanged them no problem. We get compliments on the sofa constantly, it’s so comfortable and looks like it should cost much more. Highly recommend

I love the quality, look, fabric, and comfort of all of the furniture pieces I have. I have the Kova sectional in Olive velvet and Mocha Boulce. Most recently, I ordered the Lido sofa for a more formal space.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALBANY PARK! This is by far the worst retail experience of my life. if I could give them a zero stars, I would. The sofa was horribly uncomfortable and obviously poorly made (mismatched seams and threads hanging loose). I immediately called them to initiate a return and I kid you not, it took 4 months for them to come pick it up and 5 months to issue us a refund, which only happened after many emails and calls (most of which were with AI representatives that struggled to understand what I was asking for and responded in ways that made no sense). I was not ever allowed to speak to a real person on the phone, only by email with long delays. I only finally got somewhere with them when I threatened legal action and was then given 3 different answers about the amount I would be refunded, which in the end was 80% of the purchase price ($654 dollars to have a giant unusable sofa fill up my whole living room for 5 months). I can’t stress enough how horrible this whole experience was. I never leave reviews unless they are 5 stars. This is my first bad review ever. Please please don’t buy from them.

This couch is supposed to be washable. I cannot get it clean. Very disappointing.

The color was snow, which was straight gray. The customer service team gave me the run around when I wanted to exchange it. Then they told me I had missed the window, when they weren’t replying. Would not purchase from them again. The color is no where near the photos.

Let me start off by saying the Kova couch is incredibly comfortable and is very family friendly for those with little ones. The pillow cushions are the perfect amount and although they do require additional fluffing every few days (keep in mind have I have 2 under 3), we absolutely love it. It’s the perfect couch to cozy up for movie nights and the modular aspect makes it super easy to reconfigure when we host during the holidays and parties. The sand basketweave is a more difficult color to keep looking pristine and I did encounter some cushions looking a different color upon arrival along with some piling, however, Albany park is sending me replacement covers for those cushions, which I so greatly appreciate. Their customer service is truly unmatched and I so greatly appreciate the care and support they provide to their customers as they really stand behind their product. As a mom having a quality product especially a couch that gets used daily is so important to me but having a company that truly cares about the satisfaction means even more. From my personal experience, I would highly recommend Albany Park. I did extensive research for months before purchasing this couch after seeing reviews online on Instagram and tik tok and I will be providing my own after my experience/ receiving the new cushion covers as I know how valuable real reviews for families looking into couches can be. I hope to be a valuable resource to others just as the reviews out there were for me! Also, shout out to Jessa in customer service for being truly so helpful during this process.

Delivery service of furniture was a nightmare. I hated that entire experience. I was told when the furniture was coming. And then was threatened to be charged extra for holding couch since I “refused delivery” until the date they told me it was coming. It didn’t make any sense. Couch itself is not holding up well to small children and pets - even though I selected the fabric choice that was marketed for pet owners. Very disappointed overall. I will not purchase from here in the future

I absolutely love my couch! The color, material, comfort, size - all around it’s exactly what I wanted!
