I have already sent a complaint email to the company because my experience has been very disappointing. The material of the sofa is of very poor quality. Even though the product was advertised as pet-friendly and scratch-resistant, the fabric became noticeably damaged after being washed only once, following the care instructions. Considering the high cost of this product, I expected much better quality and truly durable fabric. I am very upset with this purchase, as it does not meet what the brand promises in its advertising. I hope to receive a proper response and a satisfactory solution from the company.

Beautiful sofa. Color is perfect. So comfortable. So many compliments from friends and family. I paid extra for the white glove and it was worth every penny.

I have nothing bad to say about the company. Good delivery experience. Setting it up was super user friendly. My only and biggest complaint is the sand performance basketweave material. It has proven impossible to keep clean. It’s my fault for choosing a lighter color fabric. However, we have a golden retriever, who does not get on the furniture but does walk by it and lean against it when he does. Well, because of this, the couch is permanently discolored. Albany park was kind to send me cleaning instructions but no matter how much or often I clean the couch (or our dog!), the discoloration remains. Especially on the ottoman. So disappointing. Had I to do it over again, I definitely would NOT have gotten this color or fabric.

I have the kova two seater and storage ottoman with the pillow cushions in olive velvet. Delivery was awesome. The guys brought all the pieces into my apartment on the top floor. I was able to put it together all by myself and I’m a small female. Just took me awhile to get everything out of the large boxes. I had to lie down on the floor and push the pieces out with my legs and feet and actually slid into the boxes to get it out because they are quite large. I love the look of the olive velvet. It’s so soft and is 100 percent stain resistant. Anything I’ve gotten on it has wiped right off with a wet cloth. The only thing that’s a little annoying is that you do have to fluff the cushions regularly cause they get flat quickly and can become uncomfortable. I do a full reset three or 4 times a week where I strip the pillows and cushions off and fluff them and move them to different spots so the same area isn’t constantly in use and I turn my ottoman around. And I do have to use a lint brush on it every single day, sometimes multiple times a day because it collects pet hair and lint and dust horribly and I keep my apartment spotless and my dog doesn’t really shed. It’s just a magnet for literally everything so maybe keep that in mind if you’re considering velvet. I would imagine the chenille would do the same. Overall I’m pretty happy with it. It’s a lot of upkeep for a couch though with the constant fluffing and lint brushing it so if you aren’t wanting to spend time on the the maintenance to keep it comfortable and looking nice maybe choose a different style.

Sofa is very beautiful, soft and comfy. Big enough for my whole family to sit on. I love it.
