AJ MadisonReviews of ajmadison.com

Liars. I called them at 6:45 to see if they were still on the way for delivery as they never called with any updates the day of delivery which we thought was strange. We set aside 4pm-8pm. They said they were finishing up drop 14 of 15. I then get a call at 7:07 telling me that they couldn't make it as lights not working. Then they said that they have to cancel 3 more calls but how could there be 3 others to call if we were the last stop? When I pointed out that the 6:45 guy told me that we were the only stop left, he hung up. This has been 6 weeks left. Do not use AJ Madison or their delivery services.

Able to cancel order shortly after ordering (before shipping) for full refund, as I realized I ordered the wrong item

Excellent service

The representative that I spoke with, Jai Cutler took his time to listen(important) to my problem with my stove. He was patient when I had to upload pictures of the problem. He walked me through the process of what to expect. The only problem, I couldn't get an earlier appointment to repair the stove before Christmas.

Dawn is amazing, she goes above and beyond and she is great in following up and staying ahead of the ball. Amazing customer care! I feel appreciated and looked after.

I would like to commend this company. It was a referral from a friend due to pricing. I was pleasantly surprised with the sales people, the Delivery guys and especially Glinda from Customer Service. She is an asset to your company and helped me through all my rebates and the entire process living in New Jersey. I will definitely refer you to people I know as well!

My name is Ernesto. I ordered a freezer, but it wasn't in stock. I contacted customer service, and they kindly explained that it was already on its way to their warehouse. They said they would let me know when it arrived and when they would ship it to Miami. The customer service representative was very helpful. I hope to receive the freezer as soon as possible. So far, my experience has been very good. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

It was very gentle, quick and clarifying for. Would absolutely recommend the company Thanks
