My consultation was good
My consultation was good, to the point and not very long. My NP was a very good listener and provided god recommendations based on my specific wants and needs. I was very satisfied with this appointment.

Medication shipping delay issues
This is the second month in a row that my payment was taken and the medication has not yet shipped within a week so I have missed my dose. When I reach out to the patient support email, I get vague answers back and no actual resolution as to when I can expect my medication to ship. It is so frustrating that I am considering canceling. The medication has been working, but I am losing trust and patience waiting for my medication to arrive.

Amazing
The NP I was with, Stephanie, was amazing! She was so nice and very helpful to the questions I had. I’ve never had luck like this but I loved it so much and I’m happy I have the chance to be a patient with agile health.

Refill Never Arrived
I requested a refill on 9/16. It's 10/3 and no refill, though they charged me $299 for it. Lots of false promises that it's on the way. Requested refund denied. I've canceled.
