This is my second review of this…
This is my second review of this company for the same issue. I posted a bad review because I was charged for my prescription on July 31, 2026 and as of September 14th, 2026 I still haven't received it. I called and got the run around so I posted a complaint. I got a response to my complaint on September 17th but as of today September 29th I still do not have what I paid for. At this point Agile Telehealth has stolen money from me and they refuse to give it back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL TELL ANYONE CLOSE TO ME THAT YOUR COMPANY IS A RACKET! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!

Clinician listened!
Clinician listened, asked clarifying questions, and did an excellent job of explaining options as well as encouraging me to call to schedule an appointment with the provider if I have any further questions.
