Signed up for the 200 dollar injections of semiglutide. Recieved 3 delays to shipment, went to my doctor and was told not to start the medication so I attempted to cancel. I was informed it was canceled and I would be refunded in 5-7 days. I was then charged and medicine shipped conveniently the day after I canceled. Medicine was delayed in shipment and arrived hot with ice packs melted and unusable. Called and called and emailed and waited and waited. Still no refund, still no usable medicine, no recourse. Terrible customer service and unorganized company.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. I purchased tablet for semaglutide pills. I called to make sure it was FDA approved and I was told it was. After getting the pills, I found during researching that it WAS NOT FDA approved. Also the pill was "suppose to be" dissolvable, its how you're suppose to consume it. THE PILL DID NOT DISSOLVE IN MY MOUTH. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND ALL I WAS TOLD WAS THAT, YEA, WE HAVE MANY COMPLAINS ABOUT THAT PILL. No corrective action offered at all. If I wanted, I CAN REBUY ANOTHER med. TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!

Terrible experience
I signed up through an email sent by my work HSA, so it seemed legitimate (and probably is) but I've had nothing but frustration and have received ZERO goods or services from this company after 3 months of payment. I filled out the online application which immediately told me I qualified - great! Then I filled out the rest to narrow down treatment, which then told me I did not qualify at all, which was confusing. After taking my payment info I was informed I needed to get my blood drawn. I could not be told what they were looking for and the blood orders were for a sketchy clinic in my town that primarily does drug testing. No interest in that. I told the person that called me about my online coaching that I was no longer interested since the entire point of doing this online was to avoid taking time out from my 8-5 to see random doctors. I could have done this through my own trusted doctor after all. I was informed that they were just a weight loss coach and they couldn't answer any questions. I have bickered with billing people constantly and given the runaround. Every call has dropped before I could actually cancel. I'm now approaching 4 months of "service" and I just want out. I have no faith in a company that feels it is totally justifiable to charge me every 28 days for no goods or services. Yes, I should have just done the blood draw but after the interactions I had I lost all faith in this company and have no desire to take medication prescribed by them. I did eventually get my account closed but it took an email to get a phone number then a very frustrating "chat" with AI followed by a real person that pushed very hard to get me to talk to a coach rather than cancel.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! When you email, they send back a canned answer and don't address your actual issue. Will charge your card without sending medication and state it's your subscription fee. When you call, the agents are difficult and refuse to get a manager. They state they will call you back, and don't. Medication arrives warm. They switch brands with no discussion with patient. These have been common threads with them, not a singular occurrence.

Promised to make it right, then refused a refund
My experience with Agile Telehealth has been extremely frustrating, and I no longer trust this company.
Before my medication shipped, I specifically raised concerns about whether it would arrive cold. During a phone conversation that I recorded, I was assured it would arrive cold and that they would make things right if there was a problem.
The shipment arrived hot, including the ice pack, despite the package being marked “Refrigerate Upon Arrival.” It also arrived without syringes. I immediately reported these issues and provided photos and the recording. I did not feel comfortable using the medication without having my concerns about its temperature exposure properly addressed.
Instead of a clear answer or a resolution, I repeatedly received what felt like the same template messages: my concern had been “forwarded,” “escalated,” or was “awaiting a response.” These replies did not meaningfully answer my questions or explain how they would fix the problem.
When I requested a refund, I was told it was not possible because the medication had already been delivered. That completely missed the point of my complaint: delivery alone did not resolve my concerns about the condition in which it arrived or the assurances I had received before shipping.
As of this review, they have refused to refund my purchase and have not provided the resolution they said they would. I feel misled and brushed off. A company handling prescription medication should take delivery concerns seriously and provide direct answers, not leave customers chasing help through repeated, generic responses.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Agile Telehealth.

I started using this telehealth service…Do not trust this service—charged me, sent no medication, and refused a refund
I started using this telehealth service for tirzepatide because my insurance wouldn't cover Zepbound. The first prescription arrived quickly, but everything went downhill during the refill process.
After completing my renewal questionnaire, my dose was increased, and my card was automatically charged. The medication never arrived. For a week, I received automated emails claiming my shipment was delayed. When I reached out to customer service, it took days to get a response, only to be told to "be patient" and that I was charged because I was on auto-pay.
Weeks went by with no medication. When I tried to cancel my subscription online, the required confirmation emails were never sent. I had to call customer support directly. Instead of processing my cancellation, they spent time trying to negotiate a $50 discount to keep me. I refused and demanded a full refund. I was transferred to another representative who claimed I wasn't eligible for a refund because my file allegedly showed I "never completed the intake form" for the renewal—which is completely false, as they had already used that form to increase my dose and charge me! They promised to escalate my case and have someone call me back, but I have heard nothing.
They took my money, never sent the prescription, and are now using false excuses to withhold my refund. Avoid this service at all costs.

Ripped off!
I asked for my subscription to canceled In March of this year, I received my refund and thought all was good. However Agile apparently failed to cancel my subscription and I didn't notice they continued to charge me monthly to the tune of $2,093.00 for nothing! My oversight for not checking my HSA account they billed to. But I never received a single medication for this company. When I again asked for a refund they would only refund one month $299.00. So they ripped me off for $1,794.00 because they failed to cancel my subscription. when requested! Be very careful with this totally unethical company!
** I already emailed your patient portal several times and didn’t get any better results from your mistake**

terrible customer service, incorrect billing, difficult to cancel
***updated after company reply
asking me to reply to your support email is garbage for appearances here. you've never replied to the chain that had multiple updates and attached screenshots of my interactions with your reps and described issues. to this day you never replied to any of them and i used the exact email address you instructed. people dont be fooled, you are a number to them and they intentionally have outsourced to india poor customer service moats to prevent people from actually addressing real concerns.

original review:
the GLP1 they provided was much less potent and essentially twice as expensive.
the customer service was atrocious. I called 307 278 6904 to cancel before my first month was over when support at agiletelehealth.com wouldnt respond to any emails. their AI agent promised a $50 credit to stay. it was never applied. I sent email within 24 hours... no reply. I called and the rep said there was no AI system and they couldnt provide a credit as this wasnt thing and upon insisting escalation she said I'd hear back in 2 days. I was never contacted. I sent an email again documeting and no reply. Finally I called to cancel again, same AI on their cancellation line forced me to talk to another rep who claimed he was "thomas fletcher" who was rude, dismissive and would not acknowledge my situation or provide refund and cancellation. Eventually he said he would apply a $50 credit after wasting 20 minutes and I reminded him at the onset I was calling to cancel, it was passed that point. He would not refund the current months charges that I never used so I had to contact my credit card company. He decided to hang up on me when I said I didn't see the email in my inbox yet. Do yourself a favor... avoid this company and if you decide to use them and find an issue like me... dont waste your time in good faith trying to deal with outsourced low quality "customer service" reps that are unprofessional and unhelpful. just go straight to your cc company.
