Although I had the desired outcome of losing weight, I found this company to be terrible to work with. They frequently shipped the meds 1-2 weeks late. When I requested a refill on the antinausea medication, they ignored it twice, so I had to follow up. The first time they sent me sublingual (under the tongue - which I preferred), they then started prescribing oral. When I asked for a corrected prescription, it was like I was talking to a machine to get it fixed. Also, the 'meetings' with your coach are worthless. My 'coach' had zero personality and was literally checking off a list and had no insight or guidance. She was terrible. If you are looking for a comprehensive and robust company, this is not it. I would advise you to spend a little more money and find a company that cares.

Hi there, while we're glad you met your weight goals, we're truly sorry for the shipment delays and the frustration with your prescriptions. Dealing with inconsistent medication types and unresponsive support isn't the level of care we aim to provide. We’re reviewing your feedback about the coaching sessions to help improve the Agile Telehealth customer service experience. Please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this personally.

Agile canceled my account for no reason after I canceled an appointment
Agile canceled my account for no reason after I canceled an appointment
I had been using Agile Telehealth for my compounded tirzepatide and had been generally satisfied with the medical care and medication. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Agile’s customer service, billing, and fulfillment has been extremely frustrating.
The problem started when I canceled a virtual appointment. I did not cancel my medication, my membership, or my subscription. Despite that, Agile canceled my account and medication subscription anyway.
I then received an email showing that my $299 medication payment had been refunded. I immediately contacted Agile and explained that I had never asked them to cancel my medication or account.
From there, I received a series of conflicting responses. I was told my subscription had been reactivated and that my prescription had been sent to Strive Compound Pharmacy. I was also told there would be no additional membership charge and that everything was being handled.
Then I was told my medication was on hold at the pharmacy because the payment had been refunded. I had to authorize Agile to charge my card again so my medication order could proceed.
I also saw two separate $299 transactions/pending charges, which created even more confusion about my billing.
The most frustrating part is that I had already completed the required refill paperwork and had an active prescription for my continued treatment, yet I repeatedly had to explain the situation and confirm information I had already provided.
My issue is not with the medication or the clinical care. My issue is that Agile canceled my account without my authorization, refunded my medication payment, and then created a chain of billing and fulfillment problems that I had to spend considerable time fixing.
I should not have to fight with customer service to keep an account and prescription that I never asked to cancel.
After this experience, I am seriously considering switching providers. If Agile can cancel an account simply because a patient cancels an appointment, and then create confusion around billing and medication fulfillment, that is a major problem.
Agile needs to do a much better job coordinating appointments, subscriptions, billing, prescriptions, and pharmacy fulfillment. The medical side may be good, but the administrative/customer-service experience has been unacceptable.

Time-wasting
Every time I schedule an appointment with a “care counselor” via agile Telehealth, it is a different person— there’s no option to meet with the same person. And there is no continuity of care plan. The first provider that I met with (who has little to no bedside manner) and I decided on a care plan that included a compounded GLP-1 that included a specific ingredient. That was provided in my first shipment, but not in my second or third, despite the fact that I put in the notes that I wanted that ingredient included in the third shipment and emailed after I didn’t receive it in the second shipment. The second call I had with Agile Telehealth was very performative and a waste of time. I called Customer Service about my third shipment and they connected me with a nurse who wasn’t even registered in my state and said someone would call me within 24 hours, which never happened. Customer Service is very nice via e-mail and phone, but they do not provide a resolution. I am considering canceling the service as it is taking far too much of my precious time to stay on top of a company who can’t seem to get things right— all I want is consistency which you would think would be easy.

You sent me the wrong medication and I…
You sent me the wrong medication and I have yet to get that resolved. I have gone to care coaching twice and each time I get a text message saying that I have missed my visit. Your people are wonderful but whoever designed the service needs to be retrained.

Beware 1st time customers and backorder issues
My order was place 8/4/2026. Today is 8/19/2026. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my order due to backorders. I was told according to their policy if I cancel my order, they won't refund me because the order was already placed with the Pharmacy. However, according to their own policy, orders are supposed to ship 3-5 days. Sounds like Agile is ok taking money from their customers but isn't will to do what's correct for their customer.
Response from Agile TelehealthAug 21, 2026
Hi Mr Lo, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for your experience you had with order delays. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns. -Agile Telehealth Team

Site issues
While the actual meeting with the provider went great, the technology and site made it so I was 10 minutes late. Both the provider and I experienced issues connecting and I was disconnected three times. The site also said I used an invalid invite link even through it was from the email reminder itself.

I really want to give this company more…
I really want to give this company more than two stars, the reality is that from the provider side, the healthcare practitioners are nice, informative and helpful. But the 'back-end' is anything but. There is just no coordination between the two. In early May, I was charged $299 for the weight loss medication, that I did not receive. When I went online to complete the info for the month, I was charged a second time. When I asked about this, I was told that the $299 was for the access to the providers...like WHAT? $299 is for BOTH not just one or the other. Needless to say, there is a 72-hour written cancellation requirement and this is based on 28 days, not 30. As I'm writing this, I'm awaiting the specific date that I need to provide the written cancellation request. I'll also be disputing the charge on my debit card. I want to like this place; I really do, but go elsewhere. They just don't know what they're doing and then they defend it.

Review deleted / issue unresolved
I wrote a review yesterday about the pricing discrepancies - one person quoted $166, the other person quoted $237. Another issue I have is they said they are unable to split payment between my HSA funds and my credit card. Agile Telehealth responded to this comment here on Trustpilot, directing me to a phone number that tells me the same things without resolution. And now I see that entire review/exchange here has disappeared.
