I just signed up for glp-1 medication. I was sent for a blood test and the only instructions said that insurance wasn't necessary. If you're taking the time to write instructions be specific about the type of testing. They should have added to the instructions that it was a FASTING test. Can you drink black coffee? How many hours before the test do you need to stop eating? It needs to be in the body of the email! I want even 100% sure it was a blood test. Maybe it was a pregnancy test since that's standard procedure for people capable of conceiving! How would i know?

The doctors have always been great. The issue is I have found the customer service doesn’t understand the program and I get different answers from every person I talk to. I’ve been in customer service for 40 years and this can all be fixed with Training!

Everything up to my visit was terrible. I had to keep booking appointments that I kept getting emails and text msgs days before my appt. stating I missed my appt. and needed to reschedule. This happened for a couple of weeks and the appointments I did make no Dr showed up. On the positive side every call I made to Agile was pleasant. Receptionist was always polite, trying to resolve my issues. The Dr I did see was great and I hope to continue to see her.

She was 15 mins late. Not very talkative. It was a brief visit.

I expected much more comprehensive knowledge about the medication additives and what their effects are. The person was very cordial and listened well, which was nice, but (and I say this with kindness) I didn’t feel like I was speaking with someone who understood this treatment well enough to prescribe for my personal needs.

Up until this last week, I’ve been very happy with this service. I think more work needs to be done to make sure people can contact you and get the help outside of the automations; instead of having to refill out forms and go through a bunch of hoops that aren’t necessary. My prescription from July 27 was forgotten and never shipped. I had to start the entire process over again. I did another video chat yesterday to get this going and then I received a notice that our video chat was actually canceled after we did it. Now I keep getting text messages saying I need to reschedule. It’s frustrating when you can’t ask somebody a question without the runaround.

It took a lot of time, but we worked out the kinks. It still says I am not verified, and one of their specialists was being rude. But all in all, they were helpful. Moved from 1 star to three stars. 1. Be prepared for a lot of back n' forth, and sometimes you'll get different answers from staff. 2. Whatever email and phone number you sign up with is permanent. I've called several times to change it. It still goes to the old information, which can be a HUGE privacy concern.

Nurse didn’t come on video so felt awkward and impersonal. Seemed like it was not really important or necessary. Didn’t really seem concerned or interested in my health, just pushing papers through the mill
